Unsure if 1:1 support is right for you? You might like Balanced Brains - Self-Guided Programme £189
At Harpenden Kids Nutrition, I see how much parents care. They're already trying hard, but they're also tired, a bit overwhelmed, and unsure where to start with food. The last thing they need is more pressure! They need clear, kind, practical guidance.
But I also know that working one-to-one isn't right for everyone. Sometimes it's the cost, and sometimes it simply feels like too much to take on at this point in family life.
That's what inspired Balanced Brains - an online course that you can do at home, in your own time, for a fraction of the cost.
It's a 6-week, self-guided course where I walk you through how food can affect your child's mood, sleep and focus, with small steps you can try at your own pace. You can pause it, come back to it, and go at whatever speed suits your family. Learn more about Balanced Brains here.
What Parents Say
Our child, who is diagnosed with PDA, is having far fewer mood swings, with a greater window of tolerance for demands; she’s more willing to try social things and feel excited about them, and is becoming more adventurous with food.
He’s becoming more independent and self-aware, and is calming down quicker. We've seen positive changes with socialising and motivation - in the last few weeks, he’s found a group to hang around with at school, which means he doesn’t go to learning support so much anymore during the breaks. At the club he attends, he started joining in with the group games — this is unheard of. He’s braver and anxiety is lower.
The changes have been incredible. This is the most balanced diet she has ever had. There has been a huge shift and difference in mindset since working with you. There has been no stopping her with what she has wanted to try. It was as if her gut was responding positively. Overall, this has been life changing.
