Balanced Brains is a 6-week self-paced course for parents and carers who want to support calmer moods, better sleep, improved focus, and more balanced energy in their child.
Created and led by Molly Roberson, Nutritional Therapist and founder of Harpenden Kids Nutrition, this course brings together the latest science with family-friendly advice.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll discover how food and nutrients can support your child’s mood, focus, sleep and resilience. Each week brings practical changes you can get started with straight away.
Balanced Brains was created by Molly, drawing on years of clinical experience and the daily challenges she saw in clinic. You might have a child who:
🌪 Struggles with big emotions, anxiety or daily meltdowns
😴 Has trouble falling or staying asleep
🎯 Finds it hard to focus, sit still, or concentrate on learning
🍬 Craves sugary foods or rides an energy rollercoaster through the day
🧠 Has a diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, or anxiety
If any of this sounds familiar, Balanced Brains was made for you.

What Parents Say
Our child, who is diagnosed with PDA, is having far fewer mood swings, with a greater window of tolerance for demands; she’s more willing to try social things and feel excited about them, and is becoming more adventurous with food.
He’s becoming more independent and self-aware, and is calming down quicker. We've seen positive changes with socialising and motivation - in the last few weeks, he’s found a group to hang around with at school, which means he doesn’t go to learning support so much anymore during the breaks. At the club he attends, he started joining in with the group games — this is unheard of. He’s braver and anxiety is lower.
The changes have been incredible. This is the most balanced diet she has ever had. There has been a huge shift and difference in mindset since working with you. There has been no stopping her with what she has wanted to try. It was as if her gut was responding positively. Overall, this has been life changing.
